Reaching out for counselling can feel like a big step. You may be carrying grief, navigating relationship strain, or simply feeling overwhelmed and unsure where to begin.
My role is to offer a calm, respectful space where you can speak freely, be heard deeply, and feel supported without judgment.

Relationships can be complicated — whether you are facing conflict, disconnection, betrayal, separation, or patterns that keep repeating.

Together, we can explore what is happening beneath the surface, strengthen communication and self-understanding, and help you move toward a more grounded and meaningful connection.
Grief and loss can take many forms. It may come from bereavement, the end of a relationship, health changes, life transitions, or the loss of hoped-for futures. Grief rarely follows a neat path.
In our work together, there is no pressure to “move on” or feel differently than you do. Instead, we make room for your experience, at your pace, and support the natural process of integrating loss while rebuilding steadiness and purpose.

My approach is warm, thoughtful, and holistic. I pay attention not only to problems, but to the whole person — your values, inner resources, emotional world, and spiritual or existential questions if they matter to you. Counselling is a collaborative process: we listen, reflect, clarify, and gently work toward insight and change.
You do not need to have everything clearly defined before we begin. If something in your life is hurting, stuck, or calling for attention, that is enough.
